THE 35th ANNUAL TELLY AWARDS
Los Angeles, CA – April 27, 2015 – The Telly Awards has
named GTChannel as a Bronze winner in the 35th Annual Telly Awards for their
piece titled Controlled Chaos – A
Drifting Documentary Presented by Falken Tire. With nearly 12,000 entries from all 50 states, and numerous
countries, this is truly an honor.
Controlled Chaos is a 7 episode web series produced by
GTChannel Original Productions, which followed the Falken Tire drift team
throughout the 2014 Formula Drift professional series.
“It’s always a great honor to be awarded a Telly. This one is special because we were awarded
both in ‘Documentary and Automotive’ category” says director and producer of
Controlled Chaos, Taro Koki. This is the
second time GTChannel has been awarded a Telly Award. The last being in 2013 for the web reality
show “Behind the Smoke.”

The Telly Awards was founded in 1979 and is the premier award

films. Winners represent the best work
of the most respected advertising agencies, production companies, television
stations, cable operators, and corporate video departments in the world.
A prestigious judging panel of over 500 accomplished
industry professionals, each a past winner of a Silver Telly and a member of
The Silver Telly Council, judged the competition, upholding the historical
standard of excellence that Telly represents.
